we have developed our Off-site Building Program which gives you over one
hundred plans that can be modified to meet your lifestyle.
We have constructed over twenty communities in the five counties around
Baltimore and Washington; i.e., Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, Montgomery,
Prince Georges. If you like any one of the designs that we have to offer,
which range in price from $200,000 on your lot, to over $900,000 at our
Howard County community. We can build these homes for you using the same
plans, quality control, and security escrow that we use in our other
communities The price of the home will be competitively priced, and in
some instances, will be less expensive then building in our own
communities because we eliminate certain fixed overhead factors in
Off-site construction. Once we have received your criteria as to -- house
type, cost constraints, financial profile and location; we do a thorough
investigative study, so that we can advise you on the best possible action
after receiving your instructions.
