Interstate Ventures consists of a team of individuals that are geared to making your goal of homeownership a pleasant endeavor 

They are:

Simon Rosenberg- President, who has developed over 20 communities; and constructed over 1,000 single family homes in the Northern Virginia, Washington and Baltimore area since 1950.  The current price range that we are constructing is $200,000 to $1,000,000.

Diane Forgett- Vice President, has over 20 years of experience in quality control, material selection, and all other aspects of development and construction; so that the creative advice that she gives you is based on her extensive experience.

Ron Jordan- Construction Manager, he has been building custom homes for over 25 years and is familiar with all aspects of land development and how to cost effectively build a home.

David Johnson- Financial & Housing Consultant, has been associated with development, construction and financing for over 20 years.  His knowledge and sources in the home loan market allows him to have available many different Lenders in order to meet the different requirements of each buyer and to allow a competitive market rate.

Overall you have 120 years of experience at your disposal. We pride ourselves in the fact that we have been catering to the needs of the Individual for these many years, and consider ourselves TRUE CUSTOM BUILDERS because we offer over 25 pre-priced floor plans that will meet the needs of YOUR FAMILY’S LIFESTYLE and have a library of plans that range in size from 1,000 to 5,000 sq. ft.  We do not mass produce or force you to take the plans that we design.  Our in-house design team is capable of changing existing plans to give you that special and unique feature and create an entirely new design.
