Successfully built over 2,000 custom homes ranging in cost from 200,000 to 1,000,000 dollars in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. 

Oversaw all aspects of construction management,  including, but not limited to: sediment controls, site work, scheduling of trades and suppliers, production   schedules, materials procurement, coordination with designers and architects, completion and warranty.

Production of specialized homes, including high-end custom finishing and disabled/wheelchair accessible custom homes.

Expertise in providing spectacularly finished homes in all price ranges.
