Oversaw all aspects of construction management,
including, but not limited to: sediment controls, site work, scheduling of
trades and suppliers, production schedules, materials procurement,
coordination with designers and architects, completion and warranty.
Production of specialized homes, including high-end
custom finishing and disabled/wheelchair accessible custom homes.
Expertise in providing spectacularly finished homes in
all price ranges.
