Si Rosenberg,
has developed over 20 communities and constructed over 1,200 single
family homes in the Northern Virginia, Washington and Baltimore area since
1950. They varied in price from $25,000 in 1950, to $1,000,000 in 2008.
Our current range varies from $200,000 to $1,000,000, depending on whether
it is built on your lot or ours.
We pride ourselves
in the fact that we have been catering to the needs of the individual for
these many years, and consider ourselves TRUE CUSTOM BUILDERS
because we offer a large variety of plans that meet the needs of any
family's lifestyle. We DO NOT mass produce or force you to
take the plans that we design. Our staff is capable of changing
existing plans to give you that Special and Unique feature,
or create an entirely new design.
Our staff of
advisors, under the supervision of our Senior Vice President
Diane Forgett, will review cost saving
techniques and new materials that are available to make your new home a
place of elegance while maintaining the budgetary constraints that you
establish.
Our system of
joint inspections during construction assures that you receive the quality
that is demanded in a custom home. |
Plus in homes
ranging over $250,000, or those constructed on your lot, we have
structured an Escrow System for construction funds that
guarantees the Owner that there will be no risks of cost overruns, or
misuse of funds that sometimes is a problem with underfunded builders; and
assures us that the project is totally funded. We try to set ourselves
