They have two methods of use:

1. Purchase as a Basic 3 Bedroom Starter Home for only $299,500, or

2. Have the Parents purchase the home with an In-Law Suite

for the Couple’s use at a fair rental which gives them an economical

start in life, and also, supplements the Parent’s mortgage costs;

PLUS, Everyone has the privacy of their own space without interference by others.

Senior Citizens:

They have three methods of use:

1. Purchase the Basic 3 Bedroom home if they have the income to be self-supporting.

2. Have the Older Children purchase the home with an In-Law Suite

for the Parent’s use, which applies the reverse strategy as stated above

3. Or, if only one Parent will need lodging and is financially able, have the Parent

purchase the home, live in the In-Law Suite, and rent the upper two floors

to their Adult Children.

AGAIN, Everyone has their own space.

Wheelchair-Bound Individuals:

They have two methods of use:

1. If it is one person, purchase the house and live in the In-Law Suite

And rent the upper levels to relatives;
