Our plan library contains over 10,000 plans that vary in
size and style to fit every family's needs. All we
require to start is your criteria, and the desire to
purchase a custom home. If any area of any plan that we
show you needs modification to meet your tastes in
living, the Architects that we are associated with can
make those revisions. |

VARIED PRICING - We have
house plans that allow you to build a 1,000 square foot
custom starter home or, a large 3,000 square foot
ONE-OF-A-KIND CUSTOM HOME.

SPECIFICATIONS -
We have certain specifications on which we base our
price quotes. A copy of these are available to you. If
you wish to make changes, we can accommodate them in the
pricing process in order to achieve a final price.
