A preliminary feasibility study of the economic and marketing potential can save a great deal of future heartache and aggravation, if this study is concluded by those aware of the problems that might resent themselves. This type of input plus the proper daily oversight can give TOTAL PROJECT CONTROL to the property owner-investor. THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL Because of the complexity of today’s Real Estate Market, the progressive Real Estate Professionals must give service to their client in an extraordinary manner.
