Physical impairments originate from many different problems  aging, accidents, diseases, natural problems from birth.  Each individual must address their particular needs in buying a home.  A general rule is impossible that will meet all requirements of an individual that has special needs.  In most cases a new home may be designed exclusively for an individual; or if only one individual in a family has special needs, we can design an area of the home that will accommodate that person.  The list below shows some of the special ways a home can be modified to meet any impairment.  We can offer most of these modifications in our Affordable Custom Homes (From $200,000) or Design-Built Custom Homes (From $500,000) in any of our communities or on your lot.  Most of the modifications can be accomplished inexpensively because they are planned as an integral part of the house; so that there is not the expense of retrofitting.  Our Housing Consultant can help you with suggestions if you will inform them of your Special Needs.
